To be eligible to take the Pennsylvania State & National Real Estate License exams:

Must be 18 years of ageHigh School Diploma or GED30 hours Real Estate Fundamental and45 hours Real Estate PracticePass school exams to receive school transcript

The course consists of two modules: Real Estate Fundamentals (30 hours) and Real Estate Practice (45 hours). Both modules are required to sit for the PA State licensing exam.

Provides students with a foundation of basic real estate principles, legal concepts, property ownership, land use controls, deeds, title, financing, and valuation.

Focuses on the practical, day-to-day operations of real estate brokerage including agency relationships, listing agreements, sales contracts, fair housing, ethics, and closing transactions.
